We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience delegating to 15 or more junior staff members. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.  He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires some overtime hours, especially around end-of- month deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

Skills

  • 5 years’ experience in project management
  • Familiarity with SmartSheet software’s collaboration and time management tools
  • Experience with process improvement and inventory control
  • PMP Certification
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills

Business Analysts

We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst who can gather important company data and compile it into reports shareholders and departmental managers can use. We need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the organization more profitable. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi- application levels
  • Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
  • Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results
  • Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
  • Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects

Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related technical field
  • 5+ years of associated work experience
  • Advanced SQL database management and maintenance skills

Systems Analysts/Business Systems Analysts

Our medical clinic is searching for a Systems Analyst to join our staff in the physician support department. We’re looking for a highly efficient, knowledgeable professional with clinical systems analysis experience and the ability to respond to our on-call needs.   • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including both hardware and software

  • Prepare cost benefits and analysis reports for computer systems upgrades
  • Communicate your strategic division with the other data management staff members
  • Travel to other clinic locations when necessary to troubleshoot problems or install new hardware and software

Skills

Developers

Our firm is seeking a creative Web Developer that can work with our software application team to achieve our business’ digital goals. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of content management platforms, and an ability to translate our business needs into client-friendly functions that will expand our website’s influence in our industry. The Web Developer will be responsible for updating our current online applications, as well as developing and implementing a usability testing process to insure that new website applications meet our company’s requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Create applications that address the phases of SDLC (software development life cycle)
  • Develop comprehensive application testing procedures
  • Update existing applications to meet the security and functionality standards as outlined in the company’s website policies
  • Implement testing tools that monitor the ongoing performance of the company website
  • Assist in updating application development policies to ensure that all future applications meet the latest technical requirements

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience in application development and testing
  • 1+ years’ SDLC implementation experience
  • Ability to create support documentation for all new applications
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Proven knowledge of the most current security and web development programming languages

Researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers corporate benefit plans and programs to meet the organization’s strategy. Analyzes current benefits trends to estimate impact on organization and tracks applicable benefits legislation. Provides reports to management regarding employee benefits data findings. May lead and direct the work of lower level benefits analysts. May provide recommendations of benefit programs to management. Requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to a Manager. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.
